Definition of Well integrity
Well integrity process is: Application of technical , operational and organizational solutions to reduce risk of uncontrolled release of well bore fluids through out the life cycle of a well, to avoid harm to people , environment and assets and the required barriers and assurance task in place to prevent this . This well integrity standard addresses the operate phase of the well from well construct hand over to abandonment only.
