UNDERLYING ASPECTS Consideration must be given to the following throughout the programme and the planned activities: It must be ALL inclusive: - Women -Children -Youth -People living with disabilities -People living in rural areas All must be provided for in an integrated manner, i.e. they should not be segregated from the mainstream activities 4 29/01/2008

5. IT MUST BE “AFRICANISED ” It is an African World Cup, and must have a distinct African Flavour. Artists from the different regions of the African Continent must be incorporated. 5 29/01/2008
