DRAFTING Before you start on the note-cards you should make a rough draft of what you want to put Take a piece of scrap paper and fold it into four quadrants. Each quadrant is to represent one note card Kind Open-Minded PAST Kind Open-mindedFUTURE

FINAL PRODUCT Once you are finished with your draft you may begin with the note-cards BE CAREFUL WITH MY SUPPLIES School does not receive funding Please make your cards colorful! Show your creative side!

BEING A GOOD AUDIENCE TOWN HALL Use to relay important school information Involves the whole grade Must sit where you will not be distracted Should listen carefully …because you will be given IMPORTANT INFORMATION AUDIENCE Think of it like being at the movies Keep your words and hands to yourself Enter and leave quietly (no disruption) Be respectful

FOUR STACK Four people to a group Each group member holds a string which is attached to a rubber band

FOUR STACK Team members pull the strings so that the rubber band can expand Team members must WORK TOGETHER to maneuver the rubber band over the cup and move the cups into a stack

FOUR STACK New rules may apply (teacher decides when and who! ) Name calling and shouting will result in removal of a cup Team with the highest tower at the end of the time given will be the winner and receive a small prize There will be a debrief at the end!

CLEAN UP CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. You are very capable of doing this If you see trash on the floor do not ignore it because “it isn’t yours” just pick it up and throw it away Please do not be a slop and do not be lazy Clean and responsible people will earn their HOWLs points! Push in your chairs and do not leave things in the desk You do not want to be this person!
