9. # 3 - For MP # 3 Brainstorm for at least three issues, but keep your eye on breaking larger issues into smaller ones. Break the following into smaller issues:  Students’ choices  Drilling is creating jobs in Pennsylvania.  Drilling is polluting the water in PA.  School lunch programs are beneficial.  CFL’s are a good idea.
