Go to ‘Report Submission’> ‘Status and History’> ‘Check Charter Annual Report for Issues’. If there are no issues, the ‘Submit’ button will then be displayed and the planning leader can enter any notes and select ‘Submit’. Once the plan has been submitted, two emails will be generated. One email will be sent to the Charters CEO advising that the Charter Annual Report has been submitted. Other email is sent to the Plan Approver.
