39 39 Your school name Web Application: Annual Report Charter Annual Report – a component of the Comprehensive Planning Process Purpose: To provide an overview of the information within the Charter School annually

40 40 The 2014-2015 Charter Annual Report will need to be completed in the Comprehensive Planning Application. All historical data has been removed from the Charter Annual Report template, with the exception of the Charter’s demographic information which is fed from your Comprehensive Plan. The deadline for charters to complete their 2014- 2015 Charter Annual Report is August 1, 2015. Charter Annual Report

44 44 A member with a ‘Planning leader’ role within the Comprehensive Planning application will check the plan for issues. Go to ‘Report Submission’> ‘Status and History’> ‘Check Charter Annual Report for Issues’. If there are no issues, the ‘Submit’ button will then be displayed and the planning leader can enter any notes and select ‘Submit’. Once the plan has been submitted, two emails will be generated. One email will be sent to the Charters CEO advising that the Charter Annual Report has been submitted. Other email is sent to the Plan Approver.
