1 Psychosocial End-User Lead Tasks Deliverables 1.Review and recommend for review any existing CRTI Psychosocial Projects or other programs e.g. DEEP that may have application in our project, (December 2O1l) 2.Work with Core Team, to develop: a)Recruitment strategies for end-user participants in psychosocial program development and consensus building b)Initial Content index program c)Value system for rating content/format d)Content/Program Review process (by Nov. 30, 2011) 3.Promote call for psychosocial end-user contribution to content for review, (by March 31 2012) 4.Assist in recruiting persons to form internet-based psychosocial end-user teams to evaluate and rank selected content/format. (by March 31,20\2) 5.Participate in the selection process to choose psychosocial materials for the program (by May 31 2012) 6.Support program development version 1.0 by the instructional design team, by providing feedback (by Nov.30, 2012) 7.Participate in Training Instructors who will prepare exercise participants for their psychosocial end-user responsibilities (in Dec.2012, March and June 2013) 8.Assist in developing the tools to assess participant knowledge/skill retention 4 and months post exercise. (by Nov.30, 2012) 9.Analyze data and make recommendations for change to appropriate aspects of the training program. (between Dec. lst 2012 and Feb.28, 2014) 10.Support Instructional design team with input as they produce version 2.0 of the program (by Feb.28, 2013) 11.Promote broad based participant net-based review of version 2 (by Feb.28, 2014) 12.Assist in the development of the finalize consensus statements and program (byFeb.28,2014) 13.Assist in achieving consensus based program for international accreditation and sanction (by Feb.28, 2014) At the end of the agreement, The Contractor will have: Recruited a minimum of 20 participants to assist in building international consensus on format, content and development process of the psychosocial aspects of this program. Provide input into an outline and grid to facilitate the organization of net based team to evaluate, rank and select and integrate psychosocial content into the training program Provided a report on the validation program through psychosocial end-user exercises and assessments Submit at a national or international conference or for publication one paper or report on the project findings to increase profile of work done and set foundation for future program iterations The goal is to assist the psychosocial research Team in integrating selected and available psychosocial education/training material into a consensus based series of courses for responders to CBRNE events. The end-user will include: 1. public, 2. non-psychosocial responders: health, media and technology, and 3. psychosocial specialists who may also be part of integrated teams such as DMAT’s, EMAT’s etc. The program is to be an expert-end-user co-creation that is accredited and sanctioned for both domestic and international use.
