Owner: Grace Crickette Action Status Ergo loss analysis completed Custodian position selected Campus Ergonomists collecting information –08.19 Project scope defined –09.24 Project roles assigned; timeline established –First report due Spring 2011 Pilot implementation budget of $5000. per campus/med center (OP funding)

Owners: Environmental Managers Workgroup/Brian Oatman Action Status Assigned to Environmental Managers –Will use peer review process to identify issues. –Estimated completion date: End fiscal year 2010 –OP funding $150,000. for development of systemwide template for top 5 environmental compliance risks. –Working with Gary Lucks/Beyond Compliance –Work underway

Owners: Kevin Creed, James Gibson, Erike Young Action Status Exploring internal development 06.2010 Initiated EHS Technology workgroup. –Objective: Guide technology decisions to commonality 08.02.2010 Inaugural meeting at OP –Chaired by Davis –Majority of campuses engaged –Inventories gathered, vetted: –Software –EHS Programs & Services –Next: ID quick wins, top needs 10.22.2010- findings, recommendations to be presented
