5. PART D PROGRAMME SELF-REVIEW REPORT HEP prepares a Programme Self-Review Report (PSSR):  Narrative findings of internal quality audit conducted by the department  Guided by Section 4.1 of the Code of Practice 5

In summary, the Self-Review Report should include the following :  Strengths of the programme in meeting its goals  Areas of concern that need to be addressed  Strategies for maintaining and enhancing the strengths of the programme;  Steps that have been taken to address the problem areas and  Conclusions and recommendations for improvement 6
