3 3 Hiring Decisions Steps to hiring employees: 1)Define company hiring policies. – Cannot solicit or fire just because not a Christian – An espoused Christian is not necessarily a mature Christian – Cannot ask if a person has these traits, but can discern from questions asked – Get spouse’s opinion, especially when hiring managers – Don’t interview people of the opposite sex alone
