The Need for AIMS Namibia signatory to the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness Cabinet directive to implement the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness NPC engages all Ministries/Offices/Agencies to actively participate in the implementation of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness; NPC develops a plan of action in order to accord an opportunity to the legislature, regional and local authorities to be engaged with development cooperation; and NPC formulates a strategy to develop partnership with Civil Society Organizations, subject to the approval by Cabinet.
