2 Purchase JobScore Registration Process Step-by-Step Tutorial

3 Employer Registration Requirements For Employers Only To log in or register go to: www.purchase.edu/Departments/CareerDevelopment/employerservices/employerpurcha sejobscore.aspx www.purchase.edu/Departments/CareerDevelopment/employerservices/employerpurcha sejobscore.aspx Use your Purchase College E-Mail Account when registering. Your user name is your e-mail account address. You are now ready to post/edit/delete Work-Study and Temp Service Positions!

4 To Register for the First Time: Go to the CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT section and select the Create your employer account link. Please note: You will only need to complete this step once.

5 This will take you to the Purchase JobScore portal page. Click on the Register and Post on Purchase JobScore button. Note: Go to the log-in screen only if you have already completed the registration process. If you wish only to Register and do not have a job to post, then select Register for Purchase JobScore. If you select this, you will create an account and your password will be emailed to you with instructions for logging in and posting.

8 Registration and Job Posting Complete! Your posting will be live on Purchase JobScore once it is approved by a CDC staff member. You will receive an email when it is approved.

9 Once your account has been created and you have successfully logged in to Purchase JobScore, you are now able to post additional jobs and view/edit existing jobs.

10 How to Post Jobs on Purchase JobScore Step-by-Step Tutorial

11 Once you have created your account, you can now select the Log into Purchase JobScore Here link.

12 Type in your Purchase e-mail address as your username and the password that you created or that was emailed to you.

13 Select the Create Purchase JobScore Job/ Internship Posting link to post your job.

14 Complete all the required fields marked with a red asterisk. It is important to be as detailed as possible in order to let the students know if they are qualified for the position. Please be sure to select On-Campus Work Study under Position Type for Work Study positions. Select On- Campus Non Work Study for Temp Services positions. Hit the Submit button once you are finished or Save and Finish Later if you wish to continue filling out the form at a later time.

15 You will see your posting once you have completed the process.

16 You will receive an e-mail confirmation once you have completed the process of posting a job.

17 If you need to deactivate a position, you may do so by clicking on the Deactivate button.
