Pavements - Target Condition Levels Maintain interstates with 50,000 or greater ADT at a PACES Rating of 80 or more Maintain all other interstates at a PACES Rating of 75 or more Maintain multi-lane non interstate routes with an ADT of 25,000 or greater at a PACES Rating of 75 or more Maintain other routes at a PACES Rating of 70 or more

Target Condition Levels Guardrail repairs Interstate repairs to be made within 2 days of notification, divided highways repairs within 5 days and others within 1 month. Drainage Maintenance 75% of drainage structures are to be maintained with an inspection score of 70 or higher. Mowing – Interstates mowed 3 times yearly, non – interstates mowed 2 times yearly (all mowable areas)
