State Registration Process

At the start of the new season, the State will be resetting all players, teams, coaches, and managers to a Not Registered competitive level. Team Ages It is critical that you understand teams stay in our system from year to year and we increment the “U” year on August 1 each year. In this example, we selected a 99/00 which is a U15 in the 2014-2015 seasonal year. In this example, we selected a 99/00 which is a U15 in the 2014-2015 seasonal year. On August 1, 2015 it will become a U16, of course it is still a 99/00. If you want a “U16” team for the fall and are making the team prior to 8/1, make it a U15 as the system will age up automatically on 8/1 to U16. If you need to add a team: 1.Click on the Team link and 2.Click Add team

We strongly suggest you use the birth year (98/99) in the name. If you do the age will always be correct. Team accounts are controlled by club. Default settings will automatically restrict age changes and player changes. All can be controlled in bulk from the team list.

The Club Extended program is optional. This is the one module we charge a fee. If you use paper registration or another online service you can upload players, create and amend team player lists with a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will require: First name First name Last name Last name Gender Gender Date of birth Date of birth

Don’t worry, it’s just a file type (comma, separated values) Just click on “Save as” in Excel and select CSV

Go to the player tab and click on Upload players, then click the Browse or Choose file button and find the file on your computer and upload the file

Registrar tab Settings Each user will need to make sure they do the following steps: Make sure the seasonal year is up to date Check that the correct card stock is selected Options will be listed as account if logged into a sub-user account
