Project Management  PlatinumAgri’s Project management services provides end to end project management solutions to businesses that require the flexibility to utilise these resources on a project by project basis.  By utilising these services your business is able to access industry leading skills without the ongoing costs and overheads associated with maintaining these employee resources on an ongoing basis.  Projects are tailored to your businesses unique requirements.  Projects are fully documented with regular communications plans, budgeting and forecasting included.  Our customised solutions allow you to match our skills and services with the specific needs of the business.

Risk Management  Risk management services include the full range of risk frameworks, reviews/audits and strategic and tactical plans to mitigate risks already identified.  Change & incident management plan development, implementation, testing and ongoing review.  Regulatory & compliance risk reviews.  Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).  Risk management framework development, implementation, testing and ongoing review and updating.  Fully documented Risk Management Frameworks (see Framework, policy, process & procedure implementation services for more information).

Framework, policy, process & procedure implementation  Fully documented framework(s), policies, processes and procedures required to meet the unique business needs of our clients.  All requirements are fully documented to ensure any ongoing regulatory or compliance requirements for the business.  All outputs are designed to deliver simple solutions to meet your ongoing reporting and business compliance requirements.  Solutions can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client.  This service may be purchased with both the Project & Risk Management solutions outlined in previous slide.

Quality assurance, product certification & benchmarking programs  In todays highly competitive agriculture and food based industries many business need to seek out price premiums or new market access for those products.  This includes quality assurance, product certification & benchmarking programs that provide auditable and transparent systems to access these premiums and markets.  Most of these programs have a significant component of policy and procedure development and regular review of internal processes to ensure ongoing compliance with each individual program. Some are often highly correlated and as such other opportunities may arise with slight adjustments to existing systems & processes  This services may be utilised in conjunction with any of the other PlatinumAgri consulting services.
