3. a coal warehouse in the late 19th, then a vegetable wholesaler, lately transformed to event production built area: 3 200 m2

4. the building, in mediocre condition, is rented to a private owner since november 2003

5. obj. 1 a hothouse for 14 small structures working in the domaine of livings arts theater compagnies; photo, video, sound and graphic studios; decorators and set makers, architect, builders and light designers producers permanently based at « la Villa Mais d’Ici»

6. semi public area permanent residents temporary residents

8. obj. 2 creators on temporary residences the Villa provides : diverse spaces (theatre, studios, costumery and carpentry workshops, hostel... technical support for temporary residences, from few days to several months

10. obj. 3 a cultural programmation open to the local neighbourhood concerts, cinema, open dinners, workshops, debates, festive events, carnavals,... are taking place

11. the project is entirely self-managed and self-financed but public fundings are necessary to refurbish the building
