15. 15 Priority, Focus &Reward 339 schools were identified as Focus, same number as last year: 185 were repeats and 154 were new 8 schools that were labeled ‘Reward’ last year, are now identified as Focus. 37 schools that were identified as Focus last year are now identified as Reward. Macomb gained 17 new Focus schools and maintained 12. Macomb removed 11 Focus schools from the 2013 list and gained 5 new Priority schools at the elementary level. Macomb maintained one Priority high school. Macomb had 9 SIG/PLA schools not on the 2013 Priority list. Macomb regained 1 Priority middle school that was on the 2010 PLA list. Macomb has 17 Reward Schools on the 2013, one SIG school remained for a 2 nd year. REWARD SCHOOLS High Performing High Improvement Beating the Odds (2 types)
