Swimming would be impossible without the Skeletal System. It helps us swim the strokes correctly and move and walk. Skeletal System

Swimming uses almost all the muscles in your body mainly your arms and legs. Swimming improves your ability to float. Muscular System

The digestive system gives you energy to swim
The digestive system gives you energy to swim. Eat to little and you will have no energy to swim. Eat to much and you’ll be full and not feel fit for exercise such as swimming. Digestive System

Your immune system protects you from chlorine water entering cuts and scrapes. So it keeps you swimming. Immune System

Swimming directly affects the heart by letting the heart pump with less oxygen without over working it. Circulatory System
