2 Page 2 OUR PURPOSE To introduce best practices for sustainably improving crop yields and quality for fruits and vegetable farming via the establishment of an experimental farm in Lamdong province. The farm will demonstrate best practices and provide education and will measure the impact on local farmers in terms of yields and quality. Initial focus will be on potato, if the model is successful it can be replicated and scaled up for other crops and locations.

3 Page 3 Current Progress South North -3 Farmer training for potatoes production and harvesting annually -FL trial results are very good: Yields in dry season are 43 – 45 tons/Ha; and wet season are 25 - 30 tons/Ha in 2013 -New area exploration is primarily success with first 5 Ha commercial production in Dak Lak with Yield of 26 MT/Ha -Expanding the sprinkler irrigation areas from 10% in 2012 to 60% Potatoes cultivated areas -Target of 4,500 tons of Fresh Potatoes from the farmers in up coming crop -Average processed yield target 18 tons/Ha -3 training for trainers (Supplier Representatives, who will train their farmers, as well as village heads) annually including a training for farmers in the poor village in Lang Giang, Bac Giang and Huu Lung, Lang Son. -Poor village project gave a good performance with the yield increasing after 2 years: 14 tons/Ha in the first year and 20 tons/Ha in the second. -Trials of Criss4All has been successfully with yield of 20 MT/Ha. The quality is good for processing as well as fresh market. - Volume supply of 2,400 tons -Average processed yield at 18 tons/Ha

9 FL Variety Trial for Registration in The South 2013 - 2014 Page 9 FL varieties had been approved for Test Production in Central Highland from MARD in Dec 2013. 2014 FL2215 is tried for variety registration.
