Program that manages citations Also known as ‘reference software’ With ProCite, you can: Print bibliographies and subject bibliographies Change your bibliography styles easily ‘Cite While You Write’: insert references as you write your papers in Word Import records from electronic databases

3 What Are We Talking About? Citations References to any material you use for research that tell you where to find the item Books, journal articles, etc. Bibliographies A listing of all citations you have used in a paper Databases An electronic collection of citations
