I am the Cook. As you could guess, I don’t have the best hygiene. Chaucer only wrote a small section about me. I belong to the laborer’s class.

I am the Pardoner. Chaucer doesn’t like me. I sell indulgences and relics. He dislikes me so much that he questions my sexuality and compares me to a eunuch.

I am the Knight. I have fought in many wars, including the Crusades. I follow the code of chivalry. I have a son who is accompanying me on the pilgrimage to Canterbury.

I am the Wife of Bath. Although I seem like a professional wife, I am actually a seamstress by trade.

I am the Reeve. I steal from my master I perform my job shrewdly

I am the Plowman. I pay my taxes faithfully I’m a very hard worker I’m traveling with my brother

I am the Manciple. I am illiterate; yet very smart I’m in charge of providing for the college or court
