8 Egg Raft Mosquitoes can lay up to 400 eggs per egg raft at one time

9 Larvae  Mosquito larvae go through 4 stages of development before they become pupae  It takes about 5-10 days to reach the pupal stage depending on the species and weather conditions

10 Pupae  Mosquitoes spend 2-3 days during this stage of development  This is the final stage before they become adults  Mosquitoes will no longer live in water after this

11 Adult  Adult mosquitoes feed on plant nectar  Female mosquitoes can live 4-6 weeks, while males only live a few days  Female mosquitoes need to feed on blood so they can lay their eggs
