6 Thanks to our sponsors A Typical Day At Carnival Morning sports session – 8:30am for 9.00am start Meet for communal lunch at Pit Lane, approx 12.30pm  Lunch and drink provided  Shuttle buses between sport activities to lunch venue as well as to Tennis/Netball venue – MSAC – Pit Lane – David Mandie Pavilion  Kosher food and drinks will also be on sale Afternoon sports session, pick up at 4.30pm Home to freshen up Evening social function

HEALTH Hatzolah will be in attendance daily. Any injuries or health issues must be reported to Team Vic Managers. You should have declared any medical conditions already. Hot weather policy – if 38 degrees or above at 1.30pm then sport called off. Kids can stay at Pit Lane in air- conditioned environment. Pit Lane is air-conditioned while waiting for pickups.

The Code of Conduct applies both on and off the sporting field and at all Maccabi- sanctioned events. It summarises the overarching principles that apply to all Maccabi Participants. 16 Thanks to our sponsors Group D Biathlon Code of Conduct All participants must comply with Code of Conduct  Billeting  Smoking, Alcohol and Illegal drugs Policy, new caffeine policy  Weapons  Personal violence and bullying / cyber bullying Serious offenses will result in children being removed from Carnival. Code of Conduct should have by now been read and fully understood.

17 Thanks to our sponsors Group D Biathlon Member Protection Policy Please remember that the MPP policy is in place at all times during Carnival. This would include times when the participants are not at a Carnival event. Appropriate behaviour is required when at home and with your billet. If there are any concerns in relation to anything here, or if you believe an issue needs to be reported, Team VIC Manager, David Michelson is to be contacted directly.
