After reading the handbook, parent must sign the slip and turn it back into Coach Sierra or Coach Padilla.

5. Parents Coaches Coach -Parents support and cheer We have one of the most knowledgeable, passionate, and experienced coaching staffs in all of high school soccer. Everything we do has a purpose to the overall development of the team and the players. Please leave your club teams philosophies at home, we have our own philosophy here. Playing time will not be discussed! Head coaches will determine playing time at each level. Playing time will be determined by working hard during practices, overall skill and fitness level. If you have any concerns see Coach Sierra. He will solve any problems that may happen throughout the season.

6. Parents Coach Sierra will be more than happy to write a player performance evaluation if your son is not playing as much as you want to. A sample form is in the player handbook. Please be respectful while in the stands. I don’t want to hear negative cheering, profanity or any negative words coming from the stands. If parents are caught coaching from the stands, player will be removed from the field. Head Coach will determine if player comes back in. This will be taken seriously this year. Having too many parent coaches in the stands disrupts our game strategy.
