Main objetives of the project ► Get to know the Forum and contain every iniciative presented by its member states. ► Portal linking the web sites of all member countries. ► Facilitate the communication in Track 1 (Ministries of Foreign Affairs). ► Cooperation between Track 2 (Government organizations) and Track 3 (non government organizations, society in general and academic institutions).

6. Contents of the project ► Main portal site for the Forum in general. ► Standardized sub portals for each country Member of the Forum.  Content management by each country ► Contents covering all pertinent issues (previously defined by the Forum).

7. Bases of the portal site ► Costa Rica’s initiative – Science and Technology Work Group. ► Content management must be created by each country. ► The promotion and diffusion of the tool’s use will be: Track 1>Track 2>Track 3. ► Development in an organic way should be allowed.
