The Voice of God Calling? We failed to recruit an Outreach Team Outreach: Visitor Bread Ministry, TeleCare Ministry, Sunday Morning Coffee Outreach Strategy - Tomorrow Outreach/Mission have a synthesis Since 2006 we have increased Revenue $134,238. Since 2006 Budget Surpluses have accumulated to $107,938 and adjusted for deficits it totals $97,016 Good Stewardship? Good Leadership?

Devotion, Discipleship, Decision A life process that connects Enter at any point - Jesus’ Disciples decided. Jesus found devotion to be his entry. Nicodemus wanted the process before he would decide or devote. How do you mark this life process in your life? Let’s map it.

Devotion, Discipleship, Decision Devotion is Love. Love is Verb not Noun. If you worship 1 time a month, try 2? If you pray when in trouble, try praying when you are not. If you read the Bible once a month, try twice. When we fortify ourselves spiritually we will grow on the inside, that is the greater thing! When we grow on the inside, the church’s influence will grow outside!

Connecting the Pieces New Initiatives Increase Spiritual Formation – Devotion Increase Missional Focus – Discipleship Increase our Commitment to Jesus – Decision

HOW? Spiritual Disciplines: Public and Private Worship Attendance, Bible Reading/Study for Formation, Prayer, Extravagant Generosity through Stewardship as a % of income. Engage New Populations of People with Radical Acts of Kindness. Recommit to the Lord, through the Sacraments: Communion, Baptismal Renewal and personal transformation.

A Final Challenge We have plateaued in our worship attendance. To leap through the 300 ceiling we are going to have to create some new energy. We can relearn the Lesson of 2008! Could it be with a population of people who are our neighbors, but not here? Could there be a new mission for us? Could this be the “greater thing” God is calling us to be about? We will never know unless we really focus on the process of fulfillment – Devotion, Discipleship and Decision.
