2. What we have done? We translated the materials which were used at the DICOM conference at Budapest in September, 2005. One of examples is shown.One One of Japanese users adopted IHE specification. They would now apply the reporting workflow and WADO feature. We now suggest for them. The hospital is the first example of success stories of IHE in Japan.

3. IHE-J activities Connectathon 2005 –We are now in the process to prepare IHE-J 2006. –We had vendor workshops twice by now. –29 vendors and 62 systems will participate to IHE- J year 5. We try to develop frameworks for endoscopic and pathological stury.

7. Issues concerned We feel lack of proper standards that should be deployed to the cases. –IHE-Pathology was initiated by French Pathological society and now DICOM has the workgroup for that. We would participate the activity. –In case of endoscopic workfow, we now are involved in developing HL7 messages for the study.
