Establish your Club Retention Goal & Assign a Retention Team to meet them. Every Member has a Role (see Slide 10). Brief explanation of the Premiere Club Program. Presentation of Ignite Pins to those who make a Personal Commitment to bring in one new member during the year. Assure the Club that their progress is important to the District and that their progress will be reported regularly.
