YOU CAN LIVE A LIFE OF DISCIPLINE OR A LIFE OF REGRET. DISCIPLINE WEIGHS OUNCES WHILE REGRET WEIGHS TONS. – JIM ROHN 1. Write your goals down! What you want? Where you want to go? What do you want to do? What do you want to be? Who are the people you want to meet? What do you want to give away? What are the experiences that you want? What kind of income do you want? With your spouse – what do WE want? With your family – what do we ALL want? What do we each want? 2. Write it down!

“ONLY 3 % OF ADULTS HAVE WRITTEN GOALS, AND EVERYONE ELSE WORKS FOR THEM.” BRIAN TRACY 3. Keep your old lists – this allows you to see progress. - Here’s the promotions. - Here’s the vacations that we wanted to take. 4. When you get something off of your list – check it off. Put little things on your list so you can check them off everyday – have some easy wins. A dream is a big idea with a strategy. A fantasy is a big idea with no strategy. Be strategic – not reactionary! Look at where you are today. Where would you like to be? In 1 year? In 5 years? In 10 years? In 20 years? Ask yourself – Can I get there from here? How can I get there? How do I stay on track? Motivation won’t last, neither does bathing & eating. But if you do them everyday you will live longer and smell better.

LEADERS DEVELOP DAILY, NOT IN A DAY! Personal growth is a process. Leaders commit themselves to the process of growth, and over time they reap the rewards of daily investments in their development. 1.Growth is the greatest separator of those who succeed and those who do not – it’s the growth factor in your commitment to the process of personal growth that will make the difference. – “Fortune favors the prepared mind” – Virgil 2.Growth takes time, and time can only teach us a few things. – “We are what we repeatedly do” – Aristotle 3.Growth inside fuels growth on the outside. The most important question to ask is not, “What am I getting?” But, “Who am I becoming?” 4.Take responsibility for your own growth. You have to behave your way into change. Who decides what your hand does? 5.Determine the areas of your life in which you need to grow. Don’t work on your weaknesses. Devote yourself to fine tuning your strengths. We cannot get rid of our fears, but we can increase our faith. We are lead by the stronger of the two emotions. Most people achieve the level of their dream based upon the price they are willing to pay. Are you willing to pay the price to accomplish your dream?

CHAT WITH CHAMPIONS Twenty Questions? “If you want to be great, you need to visit great places and meet great people!” Make time to visit places that are associated with leaders who inspire you. WHAT CHANCE GATHERS SHE EASILY SCATTERS. A GREAT LEADER ATTRACTS GREAT PEOPLE AND KNOWS HOW TO HOLD THEM TOGETHER.” – VON GOETHE How do you handle criticism? Who told you that being a leader was easy? “The few who do are often the envy of the many who only watch.” – Jim Rohn To do what I do are you willing to do what I did? Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds – Albert Einstein. You never know how many miles you will have to run to chase down your dream. KEEP RUNNING!!! Don’t put the key to your success in someone else's pocket!

HOW ARE YOU LEADING YOUR TEAM TO SUCCESS? We have all drunk from wells we did not dig, driven on roads we did not pave, & received blessings we did not create. How are you creating an environment that is unleashing new leaders? Drive is one of the most defining behaviors of virtually every high performer. If you want to run the race to the top, you better put it in gear. Be your personal best – believe me, there is a lot of room at the top for those who pursue that goal.

A GREAT TEACHER NEVER STRIVES TO EXPLAIN HIS VISION. HE SIMPLY INVITES YOU TO STAND BESIDE HIM AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. You can’t lead people unless you love people and you can’t save people unless you serve people. Leadership is really about loving & serving people. African proverb – If you want to go fast – go alone. If you want to go far – take someone with you. We are in the people development business. High achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectations. Leadership is influence – Influencing people to grow greatness and grow to greatness.
