6. Sourcing the Evidence What will demonstrate that you are doing this right? Enlist help of IT, Finance, HR. Consider what formats you want to use – does it need to be a policy? Can a flow chart or a statement provide evidence you need? There is a lot of information you could use so be selective If submitting a large Trust wide policy highlight the section which is relevant and you want the assessors to focus on.
