Best method is using an outline method Outline could be re-written or pasted to PowerPoint IMPORTANT POINTS Should be already organized if in an outline format. Can be in CAPS or in Bold lettering or BOTH! SLIDES: HOW MANY? Avoid using too many slides It can become too distracting and boring Slim ever thing down by using powerful and key words

SUBTITLES: Font size in Bold Chose one easy to read fonts Avoid too many distractions! Limit the following: Fonts and Sizes Pictures and Graphics/Animation Colors on a screen or slide Avoid Clutter: Use spacing considering text size
