Food @ CRMC On-call residents (and residents working an ER shift during the dinner hour) have food available from 5:30pm to 7am at the locations below. Breakfast & Lunch available all weekdays in the PRC. Cafeteria: 5:30-8pm weekdays, 7am- 8pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Hot food bar closes at 7pm. Outtakes Café: Open daily until 2am, for on-call resident use from 5:30pm until closing. The PRC: will have microwaveable meals, sandwiches, snacks, and drinks in the evening and on weekends. Vending machines are always available

ACGME Duty Hours for Interns Can google “ACGME, duty hours, FAQ” for a great PDF Max 80 hours/week averaged over 4 weeks Max 16 hour shifts Minimum 8 hours in-between shifts 4 days off/month, can’t be bunched

How to Return a Page “57401”, “37245” - CRMC hospital phone, just enter the extension. - Can use your private phone to return the page by - Eliminate the 5 or 3 - Add “459” as the prefix - Ex. “57401” -> 459-7401 CRMC Operator: 459-6000

Resident Council All UCSF departments welcome Can sign up through housestaff portal Monthly meetings with lunch provided $500/$750 scholarships to attend conferences, etc. 2014-2015 activity examples: Organized indoor basketball Mondays Community Garden Ice Skating in Downtown Hobb’s Grove Halloween Event
