2. 2 MBio Graduate School Encompasses ~ 265 students currently enrolled: –Anatomy and Developmental Biology –Biochemistry and Molecular Biology –Microbiology –Pharmacology –Physiology –Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences –Monash Immunology and Stem Cell Laboratories –Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute (ARMI)

3. 3 History  2006 Prof Elizabeth Blackburn visit.  2007 Working group developed graduate school proposal.  2008 Funding obtained from DVC(R), Faculty and SOBS.  2009 Establishment of MBio Graduate School. Aims  Enrich and broaden the student experience;  Provide opportunities for scientific and professional development;  Provide international postgraduate opportunities;  Access to multidisciplinary research platforms;  Provide increased interactions and collaborations amongst the student cohort.
