Interoperability Experiment based, convergence with domain ‘best practice’ (bias towards ‘near operational’). Need to include non-meteo examples –inter-operability, not just intra-operability. Need to include diverse scenarios, such as: projecting the 4D cube onto a series of maps, dispersion plume “sensible weather objects”. Use open OGC collaboration tools by preference, use external only if not sufficient. Informal steering group, based on planning meeting attendees, formalise later.

Draft WMS profile? Editor for standards documents? Metadata profile? WCS candidates for other IEs + representatives? Modelling ? Governance? Service Catalogues? WFS ?
