11 Data Management Exchange Meetings Process Process 1. Inventory of regional data management activities, tools, etc. 2. Meeting established with organizations responsible for these (based on current strategic goals) 3. Attendees present solutions and demo tools 4. Open discussion by attendees to identify sharing or partnering opportunities, technical considerations, etc. 5. Communication Plan - summary reports, white papers, and possible recommendations provided to PNAMP Steering Committee and Partners 6. Follow up meetings, discussions, etc…
