Your Second Grade Teacher Mrs. Osborne My hobbies – reading & baking Riding four wheelers is fun. Married for 20 years and has two kiddos – boy man child 19 and girl child 16. Teaching is the best job in the world. My goal is to foster a loving and caring environment in which your child excels.

Class Expectations Our positive learning environment begins with clear expectations and procedures that are taught and practiced. Listen when the speaker is talking. Follow directions quickly. Make smart choices. Raise your hand to speak or stand. Consequences are outlined in our class disclosure.

Homework Expectation Homework folder sent on Monday with child. Weekly reading passage with questions Spelling practice xtramath - online Return on Friday Total time spent on homework should not exceed 20 minutes each night.

F.Y.I. Birthday Celebrations- treats are optional, must be store bought, and meet dietary restrictions. Show and tell – assigned Fridays (NO pets) Be on Time EVERY day. (8:40 a.m.) Absences – notify me of any absence. absent work will be made up during class time when student returns.

How Can I Help? Please review our class rules with your child before the first day of school.
