3. 3 The various types of courses will be provided in Italian and English, and they are divided into: MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING - C OURSES Courses are addressed equally to different divisions and provide a complete preparation for the installation and use of machinery CMS T RANSVERSAL TRAINING COURSES These courses are specific to product line T RAINING COURSES FOR A PRODUCT LINE They consist of detailed courses for the use of machinery in symbiosis to the CAD / CAM software to design S PECIFIC TRAINING COURSES FOR SOFTWARE

5. 5 MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING – T RANVERSAL TRAINING COURSES The Installation Course aims to train the technician of the preliminary procedures for the installation of the Working Centre with its security systems and management information to the proper functioning and the various responsibilities of the individual installers in the early stages of installation and Storeroom in the Service. INSTALLATION 3 days The Maintenance course aims to provide to the student the knowledge that could support the mechanical and electrical maintenance of the Working Centre. MAINTENANCE 2 days The CNC Training course aims to give a technical overview of how to use the Work Center according to the numerical control (with associated operations: taking origin, management concealers, activation key functions), including addressing the discussion related to the diagrams (wiring diagram and pneumatic) and the management of various electronic components. CNC TRAINING 5 days The Advanced Course aims to give the student a general preparation inherent to the numerical control, with regard to the programming and verification of possible malfunctions relating to devices of the machine and the optimization AVANCED 5 days for each type of CNC

6. 6 INSTALLATION 3 days Safety course Overview of the regulations in force in Europe on machine tool safety and of operating procedures with CMS machinery; training on Pilz. data uploading/downloading. Installation Safety Course Definition of operations for MEC0138 report drawing-up relating to the compliant installation of the Machining Centre by the Subcontractor. Problem Solving Course (according to the SW availability) Information about the web-based procedure for problem generation and management. Manual and Code Management Course The participant is made self-sufficient in using the documents concerning the Machining Centre, with particular stress on spare part order management. CNC TRAINING 5 days Wiring Diagram Reading Course The participant is made self-sufficient in reading the machining centre wiring diagram and in searching the diagram codes. Basic course on Axis and Inverter Adjusting System Information about the structure of a feedback system and the use of related electronic components; practical training on data uploading/downloading. Basic Course on Osai CNC Operation The participant receives the basics of Osai CNC utilization as regards the manual handling of the machining centre and the loading and execution of onboard machining programs. Basic Course on fanuc CNC Operation The participant receives the basics of Fanuc CNC utilization as regards the manual handling of the machining centre, the loading and execution of onboard machining programs and the Teach function. Basic Course on Siemens CNC Operation The participant receives the basics of Siemens CNC utilization as regards the manual handling of the machining centre and the loading and execution of onboard machining programs. Basic Course on CMS Control The participant is informed about the correct operation of the SW as regards the management of tools, Tool Table and Maintenance. ADAVANCED OSAI 5 days Course on PLC debug and diagnosis Allows diagnosing the PLC variables concerning axes, measurement systems, drives and alarms. Advanced Course on axis analysis, adjustment and parameterization The participant is offered a detailed account of axis optimization: both for managing the macro- dynamics during machining and for using the SW to check the machine dynamics, in order for CMS to receive and analyze such data. Advanced Course on Osai CNC Operation The participant achieves an in-depth understanding of Osai CNC utilization, as regards 5-axis functions (tool centre point and creation of machining planes), measuring devices (laser - TS27 - probe) and related variable management. Advanced Course on CMS Control The participant is instructed on the operation of the SW as regards the advanced management of tools: compensation management, family management, life management, multi-profile management. 8. 8 MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING – T RAINING COURSES FOR A PRODUCT LINE MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING – S PECIFIC TRAINING COURSES FOR SOFTWARE The Training for a product line product line, are defined according to the type of machinery and provide the participant a specific preparation of the Working Centre (eg Waterjet). Training Courses for Software, are designed to provide the partecipant a well-rounded preparation, the use of machinery and the generation of employment programs through CAD / CAM software (such as Mastercam + Line Eyewear). On request there could be qualified personnel from the software provider.

9. 9 MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING All courses will be available to the external structures at different times of the year and, depending on the option, you will be prompted to provide a course in a non-predetermined date. The information is divided into three levels, is addressed, with different priorities in Division Heads, Area Manager, the Engineering, Training Center, Support and those responsible for Technical Assistance Centers. Addressed to the Division Heads, Area Manager and menagers for CAT, is dedicated to making known the new technical development, without going into technical details.
