4. History  Previously, PROJUMP Inc.,Taiwan  The technique and machinery of Leading Edge Inc. are wholly transferred from PROJUMP Inc.,Taiwan.  Operation since July,2002.  Current employee 260.  Total land area 6,280 square meter, current construction area 3,300 square meter.

13. CNC Machine Center  The CNC machine center is for more accurate quality and time- saving.  A new mold is being manufactured in the CNC machine center.

14. Stock  Titanium /Semi-product Stock: For Sheet and Tube of Ti. Alloy, Semi-product(tube and forged work- pieces).  Ordinary Stock: For Tools, expendable materials, other materials for production,….  Modern computerized Inventory management for accurate and highly efficient operation.

15. Tubing Area TT ube manufacturing for the neck of golf club with high quality Japanese Titanium tube. AA ble to meet any special requirements from clients.

16. Rolling Area  To manufacture Ti. Sheets for specific dimension and thickness by the process of cutting and rolling for the preparation of forging process.  Different dimension and thickness as required.

17. Forging Area  Both Technique and Machining are from Taiwan.  To manufacture 4 work-pieces semi- product by forging technique for Titanium golf club head.  Specialist from Taiwan is responsible for training and workshop management.

18. Assembly & Welding Area  Assembly / Welding is the most critical technique for ensuring the safety and style of forged golf club head.  High standard closed Working space.  Multiple working steps followed by Multiple on-line QC inspection to ensure the quality of the workshop.  Specialist from Taiwan is responsible for training and workshop management.

19. Grinding Area  The workshop is of comfortable space and designed to be the streamline disposition as to ensure the conformity of the quality of club head.  Specialist from Taiwan is responsible for training and workshop management.

20. Engraving Area  CAD/CAM engraving and Hand engraving are included for the process of grooving and logo.  Technique and Machining are fully transferred from Taiwan.  Specialist from Taiwan is responsible for training and workshop management.

21. Finishing Area  Polishing, Painting, Foaming and Packing included.  The acknowledgement for quality control is strictly requested.  Specialist from Taiwan is responsible for training and workshop management.

22. Inspection /Quality Control  The QC system is directly monitored by the vice general manager to ensure the independence of QC operation.  On-line QC personnel disposition.  Miscellaneous testing jigs, tooling and inspection system.
