3 Brief description of the organisation CEC SR aims to be the major coordinator of engineering activities at the innovative territorial aerospace cluster of Samara Region CEC SR will develop efficient collaboration in engineering among the industry, universities and SMEs of the Cluster CEC SR aims to develop projects about competences improvement, innovation, competitiveness and internationalization in engineering CEC SR aims to be a platform to raise new technologies and ideas in the Cluster and to answer the key challenges of its industry by organizing high-technology businesses

4 Industrial applications In cooperation with engine enterprises KUZNETSOV and national research university Samara state aerospace university realize the project to development of the Center of development and implementation of innovative technologies on CNC Center develops the technologies for modern multi-tools CNC, as well HR development for CNC tuning. The equipment of center gives an possibility for machinability of difficult machining materials

5 Research activities/competences Aviation laboratory of Earth remote sensing The hyperspectral sensing of the Earth has three levels of receiving information. Aviation laboratory includes the third and second levels – “Air level” and “Earth level” sensing. Laboratory has special equipment and personal for accumulation, processing, storage and provision of the dates on the physico-chemical and ecological status of the layer nearest to the earth's surface Laboratory of multifactor processes modeling Personal of the Laboratory work on the problem solutions in spheres of the different control systems development (for UAV, engines, for hydraulic machines etc.), development and construction of UAVs, engines for small aircrafts and UAVs, small convertiplanes etc.
