18. Proposed funding of TDPA was based on the following income sources:  1.5 cent per cwt Milk Check Deduction on 400 million lbs milk annually. (45% TN Production)  Currently at 40 -45% of that goal  $40,000 in corporate sponsorship  Currently at 50% reached since December 2013
