2. Coatings
2.1 Pretreatment: Degreasing and chemical pretreatment on both sides according to internal standard.
2.2 Front: Antigrafitti (Clearky 105) Fluorpolymer
: (35 μm (+/- 3 μm)
The set-up for the available colour spectrum is always a 4-layer paint system.
Layer thickness: approx. 38 μm.
Gloss (at 60° angle acc. to Gardner): dull to shiny colours (max. approx. 60 units)
2.3 Colours: according to Novelis colour chart or on special request.
2.4 Reverse: protective lacquer Thickness: approx. 3-4 μm
