2. Directions: Read Too Many Balloons by Catherine Matthias.
Hand out Activity Sheets. Re-read Too Many Balloons by Catherine Matthias.
After each balloon purchase, create your own scene from the book by placing a balloon sticker (with the correct color) on the strings with the corresponding animals. (The balloon stickers we use are round circle stickers found at any “dollar store”.
Some of the balloons are white –you can color the white balloons the correct color or design when needed.
You an re-read the book again, and create a huge balloon bundle using the little girl or little boy worksheets.
Extra Credit: How many balloons did you buy in all?
