7. Allied Metro Medical Allied will provide:
a state-of-the-art transportable lithotripter to the institution’s procedure room on designated days
a Certified Renal Lithotripsy Specialist (CRLS) to assist the urologist operating the lithotripter
all disposables for the machine

8. Allied Metro Medical
If preferred, Allied will perform all patient scheduling with full billing information provided to the institution.
Allied will assist the institution in developing medical guidelines, protocols, discharge instructions, and related documents.
Allied will provide in-service education for training the institution’s clinical staff regarding lithotripsy.

9. The institution will provide:

suitable procedure, O.R., or cysto room
nursing, anesthesia, and recovery room services and supplies
access for delivery of litho equipment

10. Allied Metro Medical All patients will be patients of the institution.
The institution will provide its usual surgical patient registration and PAT services.
All urologists performing procedures will be on staff at the institution.

Financial Information
Our rates are competitive and can be negotiated at a mutually convenient time.
The institution will bill directly to Medicare and third party payors for Lithotripsy Services.
Urologists and anesthesiologists will bill fee-for-service directly to Medicare and third party payors for Professional (Treatment) Services.
