Artemis’ Story Artemis’ story is a quite unique story. You have probably heard of it before. Artemis was brought back to Olympus on her 3 rd birthday. Zeus asked what Artemis wanted for her birthday and she listed a lot of things. She ended up getting ten dogs, seventy nymphs, and a silver bow and arrow. One day Artemis caught a glimpse of somebody watching her so she quickly turned him into a stag. She whistled up her dogs and they tore the stag to pieces. A couple of days later she turned Callisto into a bear and whistled up her dogs to go and tear the bear up, but Zeus caught her and put a stop to it.
