3 Project subsidies for organisations: stipulations — Compliance with relevant collective labour agreement — Employing only self-employed workers who can present a declaration of self-employment + equivalent payment — Able to submit an overview of all earnings and costs involved in the project

4 Projects for organisations: submitting applications — Submission dates: – 15 September in the year prior to the year when the project starts – 15 March for projects that start as from 1 July of that same year

8 Payment of project subsidies to organisations + artists — Advance of 90% — Balance of 10%: The latter is paid after receipt and inspection (and if necessary discussion) of a work report that is to be submitted: – after the realisation of the plans in the application – at the latest 15 months after the official granting of the subsidy – at the latest by 15 October of the following year

15 Contributions to travel, accommodation and transport expenses The following maximum amounts apply to contributions to travel, accommodation and transport expenses: — 2,500 euro for individual artists and experts — 5,000 euro for cultural organisations (- 300,000 euro) — 7,000 euro for cultural organisations that do not receive subsidies covering several years
