3 3 Project subsidies for organisations: stipulations — Compliance with relevant collective labour agreement — Employing only self-employed workers who can present a declaration of self-employment + equivalent payment — Able to submit an overview of all earnings and costs involved in the project

4 4 Projects for organisations: submitting applications — Submission dates: – 15 September in the year prior to the year when the project starts – 15 March for projects that start as from 1 July of that same year

8 8 Payment of project subsidies to organisations + artists — Advance of 90% — Balance of 10%: The latter is paid after receipt and inspection (and if necessary discussion) of a work report that is to be submitted: – after the realisation of the plans in the application – at the latest 15 months after the official granting of the subsidy – at the latest by 15 October of the following year

15 15 Contributions to travel, accommodation and transport expenses The following maximum amounts apply to contributions to travel, accommodation and transport expenses: — 2,500 euro for individual artists and experts — 5,000 euro for cultural organisations (- 300,000 euro) — 7,000 euro for cultural organisations that do not receive subsidies covering several years
