Formation of Company
TOV Cleaning Services CC was formed in December The company was one of four cleaning companies that was established when the Airports Company South Africa Limited (ACSA) awarded its cleaning staff members 5 year contracts to clean the O. R. Tambo International Airport. The company comprises highly trained and experienced individuals who have, on average, worked for ACSA for 15 years each. It is the intention of the company to grow and seek new cleaning business opportunities. The company has approximately 170 employees and cleans m2.

Theresa Clase Operations Director
Theresa is responsible for implementing maintenance schedules and quality management systems. She ensures that staffing levels are met and managed. She is also responsible for projects, the operational budget and preparation of monthly operational reports. She implements policies and procedures and enforces uniform compliance. Theresa supervises staff training and implements suggestions on how to improve cleaning methods and cost saving initiatives.
Obed Makondo Human Resources Director
Obed is responsible for all human resources and marketing functions of the company. This includes establishing all the human resources systems, processes and procedures such as hiring, promotion, disciplinary, dismissal policies of the company. Obed is also responsible for all the marketing and branding initiatives of the company.
Vincent Munengwane Managing Director
Vincent is the Managing director of the company and is responsible for the day to day financial and administrative management of the company. He is responsible for ensuring that the business is financially sustainable, preparing its financial records and its budgets.
