Restructure Production department: Combine Asia-Tours’ existing production dept., and Camp ‘n’ Dales’ holiday tours & cruises depts. Marketing departments – develop marketing departments for both Camp sites (Camp ‘n’ Dales) and package tours (Asia-Tours), with help from Webfly. IT department – system development and maintenance using Webfly staff’s expertise & skills, located in Cambridge Administration & Financial – an integrated back office located in Liverpool
