The Program provides financial assistance to cost share arms-length third party expenses up to a maximum of 50% Multi staged financial assistance program that targets Manitoba entrepreneurs and small to medium sized enterprises that are seeking to: –start-up. –expand or modernize their business through innovation and commercialization. –access to new markets.
