5 14 Years to build a new industry ! No example in the whole history The first internet browser was created in 1992 (Mosaic)

6 CompTrain is the first study based on needs of SME in recruiting phase The ICT industry is entering into SME !

7 Most of SME says us that they have difficulties to find employees they need CompTrain is the first study based on needs of SME in recruiting phase The ICT industry is entering into SME ! Training organisation send to the market many students There is still a gap between trainings and needs of the SME ( 80% of Non Public Employment )

8 CompTrain is the first study based on needs of SME in recruiting phase Former study (NAME) studied Tasks in the multimedia Industry CompTrain focuses on competencies needed by Companies, specialy SME inside the ICT industry AND the SME user of ICT technologies. SME under 20 employees = 80 % of non public employment
