Verifying Leave Applications
18
SOLAS prefers to show only the leave applications that still require action. To display all the leave applications for employees at the school, uncheck the “Only display leave applications requiring verification of timekeeping” box.
19
The “Status” column at the right indicates where the leave application is in the process. Verifying Leave Applications
20
There may be more than one page of leave applications in different stages of the process. If so, you will see “Previous” and “Next” navigation at the bottom of the list.
21
Working with the SOLAS screens: You can sort the table by clicking the up and down arrows in each column heading. If there is more than 1 page of leaves, however, and you sort the list using the arrows, it will only sort the page you are viewing. If you want to sort all the leaves for the school, you can export the entire list to Excel and sort it there.
22
22 Details on the Employee’s request – Do they want to borrow? Do they want to go on Grace? Current CAR balance based on your entries in EIS 1.Did you stop the employee’s direct Deposit? 2.Did you verify that the employee’s Timekeeping is correct? Enter the CAR info that will be entered into EIS
