1. One of the very nice homes around the harbor.

2. Not too bad a shanty—boat dock included.

3. The harbor is huge, with lots of small coves and inlets. Here is a view with Sydney in the distance with a few sailboats and fishing boats in the foreground.

4. Some nice apartments dot the shore and some nice sailboats are tethered in the cove.

5. This small island out in the harbor used to have guns to protect the harbor; it now has a small light on one end of the garrison.

6. The Opera House is framed nicely by a sailboat and the Harbor Bridge.

7. This mansion is huge; it would have been fun to look inside some of these homes.

8. The straight lines of the Harbor Bridge loom over the unique lines of the Opera House in the distance.

9. Two sets of very nice apartments overlook the harbor.

10. The huge watchtower to monitor boat traffic in the harbor looms over the land below. Note the brightly colored “ports” boat docked in lower left.

11. A couple enjoy a balmy day in the harbor—every day, dozens of sailboats could be seen from one end of the harbor to the other.

12. The “Aussie Legend” is a nice double-hulled catamaran.

13. The Darling Harbor area (a part of the big Sydney Harbor) had pretty restaurants along it.

14. When is the last time you saw a streamlined double-hulled boat that had “solar power?” I don’t know if it was for an engine or just to power lights and other things on the boat.

15. A very nice shot of the tower, nice sky scrapers, and boats along the harbor.

16. Our ferry pulls away from the dock near the downtown area.

17. A very modern apartment on the north shore of the harbor.

19. The Opera House draws everyone’s eye to it; the location at the tip of a piece of land near the downtown area is perfect.

20. No matter where you look in the harbor, the sight is nice.
